Dr. Steven Khan is  a Trinidadian born educator, father and husband. He has worked with teachers and taught at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, The University of British Columbia, The Werklund School of Education at the University of Calgary, The University of Alberta and Brock University. Over time, he has come to better understand his responsibilities to the people and multispecies kin who have existed.  Dr. Khan’s research aims to draw attention to the ways in which human flourishing is always dependent upon the flourishing of multispecies partners and to promote such flourishing through education.
