About 80 students attend Brock Computer Fair

About 80 high school students will visit Brock tomorrow for the Computer Science Department’s annual Computer Fair.

The students will participate in workshops that include computer demolition and reconstruction, computer music production and creating motion graphics.

PixelNAUTS will also demonstrate their game production techniques.

Students come from Barton Secondary and Sir John A. MacDonald in Hamilton, Stamford Collegiate in Niagara Falls, Laura Secord in St. Catharines, Ridgeway Crystal Beach in Fort Erie and Blessed Trinity in Grimsby.

Graduate and undergraduate students will conduct the workshops, which will be Friday, Dec. 9.

The fair is part of Computer Science Education Week, which is from Dec. 4 to 10.
