The University regrets to inform the Brock community of the death earlier this week of Andrew Ambis, a fourth-year Bachelor of Sport Management student.

There will be a memorial gathering for friends and family from 1 to 4 p.m. on Oct. 1 at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home, 2241 New St. in Burlington.

Andrew was not registered for the current term. However, he had been making arrangements to resume his studies in January 2012.

The University extends condolences to Andrew’s family and friends.

Andrew’s family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Right To Play International.
