2025–2030 Strategic Plan update

The University’s current strategic plan, Niagara Roots — Global Reach, was implemented in 2018 and was designed to guide the institution until 2025.

A revitalized strategic plan aims to help the institution deliver on its mission of supporting students and faculty in the discovery of knowledge through exemplary scholarship, teaching, service and community outreach.

Led by the Office of the President, the strategic planning process will be highly collaborative and include wide ranging consultation with key campus stakeholders. It will be guided by a Strategic Plan Steering Committee, with representation from across the campus community.

The strategic plan will be developed over the next year, with plans to begin implementation to align with Brock’s 60th anniversary.
