The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Chapter at Brock University is hosting and organizing a conference to engage in health quality improvement within the community.
The Exploring Healthcare Quality Improvement Conference strives to connect healthcare quality improvement stakeholders including students and the general population to make healthcare quality improvement accessible. This year’s conference is focused on knowledge translation through the dissemination of information to improve health and healthcare delivery.
Brock students, faculty and community members are welcome to attend this free event! The conference is taking place virtually over Zoom on Saturday, March 27th, 2021, from 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
Research presentations
Attendees will have the opportunity to submit their abstract and knowledge translation (KT) tool to present their own knowledge translation tool at the annual Brock Institute for Healthcare Improvement Conference. For this conference, we will be showcasing a wide variety of projects through the lens of knowledge translation, which is the exchange, synthesis, and dissemination of knowledge into action to improve health, health services and enhance healthcare systems.

Mass immunization workshop
Attendees will participate in collaborative activities to put knowledge translation into action. This workshop will touch upon the current challenges and consideration of mass immunization sites in Ontario.
