This annual quality improvement conference began in 2018 with a Student Engagement in Quality Improvement Conference.

The conference aimed to engage health professionals and students from across Ontario to build strong connections, share resources, and expand the network of change agents. Through keynote speakers, and interactive breakout sessions, students had the opportunity to network with, and learn from healthcare professionals, quality improvement specialists, and faculty.

Student storyboards and abstracts were also presented to highlight student’s work and engage with other like-minded aspiring professionals. Since 2018, the name of the conference has been changed to Exploring Healthcare Quality Improvement.
