Students given insight into Niagara marketing

Local professionals, business owners and Brock students came together to learn and share insights into marketing and entrepreneurship in Niagara during the annual Connect Networking Event. The event was organized by students in the fourth-year internship course within the Department of Communication, Popular Culture and Film. Tayler Book, co-founder of Beechwood Doughnuts and one of the night’s keynote speakers, advised how she used social media to market and grow her business into one of downtown St. Catharines most frequently visited shops.
