Brock University Executive Director of Government and Community Relations Meaghan Rusnell, second from left, was part of the flag raising event at St. Catharines city hall Wednesday, Aug. 19 to kick off the lead-up to the 2020 Terry Fox Run. Brock hosted the annual fundraising event in 2017 and 2019, and was set to host it again this year, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be held in a virtual format on Sunday, Sept. 20.
