President and CEO of the LCBO George Soleas (left) was at Brock University on Wednesday, March 20 to deliver a presentation, "Uncorking Success: The Business of Wine in Ontario," as part of the 2024 Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) Lecture Series. Soleas spoke about consumer behaviour and purchasing trends and how the Ontario wine and alcohol beverage market compares to its global competitors.
