Four international wine sommeliers visited Brock's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute on Friday, Jan. 19 to learn more about CCOVI's research and the grape and wine industry in Niagara. The visitors travelled from the U.K. and Sweden for the tour, which included a look at Brock's sensory evaluation lab.
