Growing fond of fall

The colours of fall are creeping into Brock's Jubilee Court through more than just the leaves. Passersby may notice a new addition to one of the honey locust trees: a brightly coloured Laetiporus sulphureus, more commonly known as chicken of the woods. The golden yellow fungus, described as having a texture similar to that of chicken meat, has been growing for a few weeks in the popular green space.
