Exhibit gets set to linger at Rodman

At Rodman Hall, artists Reinhard Reitzenstein and Gayle Young install “Ghost Willow”, 2017, a site-specific piece comprised of 7,000 laser-cut willow trees. This Saturday (May 27) at 2 pm, join the opening reception for "Afterimage: John Noestheden, Reinhard Reitzenstein, Gayle Young," an exhibit curated by Marcie Bronson. An afterimage is a sensation, usually visual, that remains after the external stimulus has ceased. Looking to the land and the cosmos, the three artists in this exhibit explore perception and what resonates beyond experience, be it in fleeting moments in nature, the lifespan of a tree or the timeline of the universe. The artists will be onsite again June 15 at 7 pm for a HOT TALK | Artists in conversation. For more information visit: http://www.brocku.ca/rodmanhall
