CCOVI’s Analytical Services re-opens for service with new safety protocols

Clients in the grape and wine, cider, beer, and distillery industries rely on the analytical services offered through Brock University's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI). Lisa Dowling, Technician at Brock's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI), is pictured here measuring the sulfur dioxide in a white wine sample, which is a popular service requested by clients at this time of year. As well as donning personal protective equipment (PPE), Dowling and the team have also put new cleaning and physical distancing protocols into effect to keep everyone safe while processing samples.
