St. Catharines native and world-famous industrial landscape photographer Edward Burtynsky, right, was in town June 4 for the 2016 St. Catharines Arts Awards, where he received the Lifetime Achievement in the Arts Award. That afternoon, having requested a tour of the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts, he and Julia Johnston were shown around Brock's new downtown landmark by University President Jack Lightstone.
