A visit to Peggy’s Point Lighthouse

Health Sciences professors Paula Gardner and Madelyn Law spent an afternoon in Peggy’s Cove, N.S., after the Canadian Public Health Conference in Halifax from June 6-8. They were joined by community research partners Nicole Stefanovici, Niagara Region Public Health, and Sam Jibb, Northwestern Health Unit, along with Karen Patte, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Waterloo, and Applied Health Sciences master's student Kaitlyn Kerridge. Peggy's Point Lighthouse, in the background, is one of Nova Scotia’s most well-known lighthouses and may be the most photographed in Canada.
