First-year MBA (ISP) students Xueyan Wu, Jinghan Lai, Jing Hu and Yezhou Jiang won first place at the MBA Service-Learning competition hosted by the Goodman School of Business Tuesday, April 10. Designed to showcase students’ Service-Learning projects and their impact on the community, the inaugural competition included five teams of students sharing their Service-Learning experience. The winning team worked as consultants for Project Share Niagara this semester as part of their Management Information Systems course taught by Francine Vachon, Associate Professor of Information Systems. As a result, Project Share Niagara is rolling out a mobile application designed by the students that will help the organization and volunteers connect more efficiently.
