Brock University's Printing and Digital Services team has been busy creating and assembling more than 3,500 Convocation in a Box packages, which will be mailed out to graduates in early July. Stationery Bindery Technician Lucie Picard and Digital Copier Equipment Operator Charlene O’Neill are surrounded by 2,850 of the boxes to be filled with celebratory materials. Over the next two weeks, the team will print 3,500 degree parchments and 7,000 Convocation programs and then add them to the boxes. Also included in each box will be several congratulatory letters, a copy of Surgite magazine, an alumni pin, a bag of Class of 2021 wildflower confetti and other information from the Brock University Alumni Association. Brock's Virtual Spring Convocation portal went live for graduates and their families on Friday, June 18 and will be available to the wider community on Monday, June 21.
