Brock's Interim President Tom Traves began his second week on the job Tuesday (Oct 11) by formally introducing Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne as guest speaker at the Niagara Business Leadership Series, organized by the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce. About 200 people from the region's social services, business and political circles turned out at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls to hear Wynne discuss her government's priorities for the second half of its mandate, on topics ranging from hydro rates to deficit reduction and housing prices. Afterwards the Premier spoke with Traves, left, and St. Catharines MPP Jim Bradley.
