Niagara-on-the-Lake resident Rosemary Goodwin and Brock Associate Professor of History Elizabeth Vlossak examine an early 20th-century tennis racquet in Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum’s tiny museum. Students in Vlossak’s HIST 3F02 class worked with museum staff to research, design and install an exhibit on the history of sport in Niagara-on-the-Lake. More than 50 people visited the tiny museum when it was on the University's main campus Thursday, Dec. 2. The students’ exhibit, “Backhands, birdies, boats, and bowls: How sport has shaped Niagara-on-the-Lake” will be recreated in the summer as part of the 2022 Canada Games celebrations.
