The fermented fruits of their labour

Brock Applied Grape and Wine Science (OEVI) students wrapped up a Wine Processing and Equipment class by bottling their 2024 vintage wines on Tuesday, April 8. The class harvested the grapes themselves in the fall from partner vineyards in Niagara and produced Vidal, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc wines. Instructor Marc Pistor (right) helped OEVI student Sonya Verma load the filler with wine for bottling during the class.
