High school students got a preview of what it takes to compete in a business case competition Tuesday, Nov. 14. Brock's Goodman School of Business hosted a case competition event at Monsignor Percy Johnson Catholic Secondary School in Etobicoke that attracted 40 high school students from both Monsignor Percy Johnson CSS and St. Basil-the-Great College. The event gave students experience with business case simulations and helped to develop their problem solving, teamwork and presentation skills. The competition was preceded by an interactive workshop on case analysis and presentation skills facilitated by fourth-year Goodman accounting co-op students Humza Ahmed and Monica Narang.
