Brock percussion instructor Devon Fornelli, local musician Joe Lapinski and Gregory Betts, an associate professor in Canadian Modernism and Avant-garde Canadian Poetry, turned their performance of The Soldier's Tale by Igor Stravinsky into a narrated story during the Nov. 14 edition of the RBC Foundation Music@Noon Recital Series. As Betts narrated using multiple different tones of voices, Lapinski and Fornelli added sound effects using the electric guitar and drums. Visit the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts Instagram page to watch clips of this week's performance. Details on upcoming Music@Noon concerts are available at MIWSFPA's ExperienceBU page.
