Tickets for Brock's annual kickoff event for United Way — the Souper Star Lunch — are now available for purchase at the Brock Card office (cash only) and Brock Campus Store (cash/credit/debit/Brock card). The event takes place Wednesday, Oct. 4 in Market Hall from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. For $10 you can sample and judge six soups made by Sodexo chefs and served by Faculty deans. The winning soup/dean receives the coveted Souper Bowl. During the kickoff, Brock's United Way committee will be announcing this year's fundraising goal and President Gervan Fearon will be offering remarks.

To support the United Way campaign, the Campus Store is also selling raffle tickets to win a $500 Campus Store gift card. Tickets are $2 each or three for $5. Draws will take place on Friday, Oct. 13 and Friday, Nov. 17.
