For someone who has never seen snow before, the falling flakes can seem surreal. The snowfall and freezing temperatures Niagara experienced Friday, Jan. 13 were still novel for Brock University international student Dharmi Gohil, who donned a new toque, jacket and gloves and got outside to play with the fluffy white powder. The first-year undergraduate student from India came to Canada in September to study Business Communications. Gohil experienced her first snowfall this past December, and has since built a snowman and learned how to shovel.
