A warm meal and welcoming atmosphere was all students needed to feel at home as Brock International Services hosted its annual Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, Oct. 11. More than 120 staff and students came to celebrate the traditional Canadian holiday in the International Centre. The event introduced international students to the tradition, while also providing a fun gathering for students unable to make it home to mark the holiday with their own friends and family. The buffet-style meal included turkey with all the fixings — mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, honey-glazed carrots and a slice of pumpkin pie. A list of future events hosted by Brock International is available on ExperienceBU.
