Brock University students volunteered their time Wednesday, Dec. 8 to write holiday cards for local seniors. About 15 students popped into Pond Inlet to write cheerful messages and adorn holiday cards with stickers and drawings. Nearly 100 cards were completed as part of the Holiday Cards for Seniors initiative and will be dropped off at a local radio station for delivery this month to seniors in hospitals and long-term care facilities. The program is organized by the Niagara Regional Police Association and iHeartRadio MOVE 105.7.
