Nathalia Cristina Dinis Pereira (left) and Nicole Strapasson Sprada (right) were among six Mitacs Globalink Research Interns who spent time on campus this summer through Brock University's Global Scholars program. Participants each worked on a 12-week research project and were partnered with faculty members. Pereira and Sprada worked alongside Professor Sandra Bosacki in the Department of Educational Studies and Professor Dawn Zinga in the Department of Child and Youth Studies, respectively. Both students visited from Universidade Federal do Paraná – UFPR in Brazil.
