A meditation flash mob shed light on the importance of mindfulness for Brock University students as they kicked off exams Friday, Dec. 6. The surprise performances, which took place at the Hungry Badger and Market Hall, was inspired by Health Sciences Associate Professor Paula Gardner and her students who practice mindfulness and meditation in class. Some ways to practice mindfulness include sitting down in a comfortable spot, closing your eyes, breathing in and out through your nose and repeating.
