On June 6, Brock University students Sarah Revilla, Eaman Choi, Ramsha Faheem, Ruslan Dzhumakliev and Wakil Dhrubo lent a helping hand at Community Care in St. Catharines by renovating a room in their facility. Community Care, St. Catharines and Thorold has been meeting the needs of the less advantaged in Niagara since 1919 with programs including food and shelter security, emergency services and support that lead to the independence clients strive to achieve. They provide 13 per cent of the St. Catharines population with 4,000 pounds of food daily, five days of week.
