International symposium highlights antisemitism research

Brock University Psychology PhD candidate Perla Matusof (BA ’22, MA ’24) shares her research examining antisemitism minimization bias, which was conducted alongside Professor Kent Harber of Rutgers University, during the second annual Symposium on Antisemitism held Oct. 14 and 15 on campus. The event drew researchers from around the world to discuss contemporary antisemitism, bringing together academics from disciplines such as psychology, sociology, public health, education and communications to share findings, challenge assumptions and develop opportunities for international collaboration. Matusof co-chaired the event alongside Associate Professor Jonah Butovsky of Brock’s Department of Labour Studies.
