Brock Applied Grape and Wine Science students processed Pinot Noir grapes for wine production during a wine chemistry lab in the research and teaching winery at the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) on Oct. 1. The grapes were donated from the Brock University viticulture research plot at Schenck Farms and Greenhouses, operated by Bill and Brian Schenck.
