Newly appointed Chair of the Niagara Region Bob Gale (right) toured Brock University on Monday, Feb. 23, visiting the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) and the Validating, Prototype and Manufacturing Institute to learn how Brock’s research and innovation strengthen the local community. Joining him on the tour was Malkie Spodek (left), Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences and Senior Scientist, Entomology at CCOVI.
