Graduating Nursing students earn pins

Rachel Moran is one of 94 fourth-year Brock University Nursing students who celebrated the completion of their degree program with a pinning ceremony Wednesday, April 12. The century-old tradition is a rite of passage for graduating nurses and represents a commitment to nursing education and training. In receiving and wearing the pin, students accept the rights and responsibilities to provide excellent care to patients and their loved ones. Moran marked the milestone moment Wednesday with a photo taken by her mother Paulina in front of the bronze statue of Maj.-Gen. Sir Isaac Brock.
