The Goodman Group recently celebrated the 19th cohort of its NextGen Municipal Leadership Certificate program. The group gathered on Tuesday, May 28 to celebrate the achievements of 33 participants from eight municipalities. NextGen's diverse and comprehensive learning experience equipped participants to make meaningful contributions to their communities. The hybrid program covered essential topics in municipal leadership, such as understanding personality dimensions, team dynamics, leadership, human resources, budgeting, strategic planning, project management, and equity, diversity and inclusion.
