Students from “Canadian Literature in French to 1939” and “French Literature After 1970” with professor Julien Defraeye unveiled their poster display in the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures on Nov. 26. Here, student Natalie LeBlanc discusses her project on Michel Tournier’s Vendredi, a story about Robinson Crusoe, with department chair Jean Ntakirutimana. LeBlanc and her fellow students in the fourth year course have been studying a variety of novels in French this semester and have also shared their work on Brock Radio.
