Fireside stories kick off week of Indigenous learning

A crowd gathered to hear Dawn Cheryl Hill read from her award-winning book, Memory Keeper, during the Fireside Stories event Monday, June 19 that marked the beginning of Indigenous Peoples Awareness Week (IPAW) at Brock University. IPAW will run until Friday, June 23 and will feature a full list of events that can be found on Eventbrite. The University will also host the Indigenous Leader Speaker Series Wednesday, June 21.
