Minister gets taste of Brock’s wine industry impact

The Honourable Todd McCarthy, Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks (left) made his first visit to Brock’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) on Monday, June 16. In his tour of the Institute’s state-of-the-art lab spaces and expansive wine cellar, he learned more about CCOVI’s industry-leading research, sustainability initiatives and significant impact on the province’s grape and wine industry from CCOVI Director Debbie Inglis (right) and the Institute’s team of scientists.
