The Confucius Institute at Brock University entered the 2016 Dragon Boat Festival at the Welland International Flatwater Centre on Saturday, June 11. 

Proudly achieving first place in Division H, the CI Dragonboat team was awarded a wooden paddle and medals for each of the team of 23 paddlers. CI team members, accompanying family and friends numbered well over 60 attendees at an event that annually attracts thousands of competitors and attendees.
