Brock Interim President Lynn Wells (left) hands out coffee vouchers donated by Brock Dining Services to fourth-year Accounting students Sagar Vankwani and Sharifa Ahmed. The surprise giveaway was part of several initiatives that took place at the University Thursday, Feb. 17 for Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Day. Student Life and Success hosted a thank-you card station in Market Hall, Residences co-ordinated a candy gram program, and Alumni Relations asked members of the Brock community to share messages of kindness with staff and faculty who made a difference in their lives at Brock via an online form on the Alumni Relations website. Ken Chan, Brock's Vice-President, Administration, is encouraging employees and others to participate in a year-long initiative to make kindness the norm on campus.
