Nearly 100 local and international health researchers, practitioners and health system partners gathered Monday, July 22 at Brock University for interRAI Canada Research Day, a two-day conference showcasing innovations in health research and practice focused on frail and medically complex persons. As part of the event, Brock and international graduate students presented their research on topics such as long-term, home and palliative care, as well as mental health, and child and youth care. Recent Bachelor of Public Health graduate Alicia Mutch (BPH ’24), centre, is pictured presenting a poster on her summer research funded by the Brock Match of Minds Award. Mutch will be starting the Master of Science in Applied Health Sciences program this fall.
