Early childhood educator Melissa Limone and her class of junior preschoolers were among the many children and staff at Rosalind Blauer Centre for Child Care on Brock's main campus who wore orange to mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Thursday, Sept. 30. Also known as Orange Shirt Day, the newly established federal holiday honours the lost children and survivors of Canada’s residential schools, while also recognizing the school system’s tragic and painful history, and multigenerational impact.
