A crane was used to hoist a new air-handling unit into place on Thursday, April 19. The unit, which is three metres tall and weighs 19,000 pounds, supplies heating, cooling and humidity to the entire new 200-level area of the Brock LINC. The new unit, along with two others, will use the existing central heating and cooling loops, meaning no new energy-consuming machinery will need to be added to the campus to provide climate control for the Brock LINC.
