The Department of Political Science held its first Career Night on March 9 in partnership with Career Education at Brock University. The networking event allowed alumni with careers in the private, government, education and non-profit sectors to share their career trajectories and experiences with current students. Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science Hevina Dashwood was impressed with how engaged the students were, recognizing the value and importance these networking events have. The department plans to make Career Night an annual event for students.
