Brock University President and Vice-Chancellor Lesley Rigg served as moderator at the South Niagara Mayor’s Breakfast on Tuesday, Sept. 23. Rigg guided the discussion, which was hosted by the South Niagara Chambers of Commerce, and highlighted the importance of regional collaboration, innovation and community engagement across Niagara’s municipalities.
