April-Dawn Blackwell, Associate Vice-President of Professional and Continuing Studies at Brock, had the honour of presenting the Burlington Public Library (BPL) with the Heritage Award at the 2023 Burlington Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards on Tuesday, May 23.
