Critical reflection, dialogue and innovation in the field of education were at the heart of the Global Network of Deans of Education (GNDE) Symposium held in Edinburgh, Scotland, from Sept. 2 to 4. Brock’s Dean of Education Mary-Louise Vanderlee (standing centre) met with education deans and delegates from across the globe. The symposium helped advance research and practice using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, as a unifying focus and framework.
