Brock’s Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice (FPAC) program welcomed local artist and retired forensic detective Richard Wiszniowski on Wednesday, Feb. 4 for a blood spatter analysis seminar to demonstrate how blood properties are governed by gravity and external forces. Using simulated blood, third-year FPAC student Sabrina Madrid (left) and fourth-year student Sabrina Zappulla examined how the size, shape and directionality of bloodstains tell a story about how a crime was committed.
