Farzana Crocco, Executive Director, Brock LINC, discusses the current state of the non-profit sector in Niagara during Workforce Collective’s Design Lab. Brock University hosted the interactive session on Wednesday, May 10 in Rankin Family Pavilion, engaging multiple community stakeholders to brainstorm action plans to address workforce challenges in the non-profit sector — an area that has experienced intensified labour challenges since the pandemic. Workforce Collective is one of Brock’s long-time partners, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University in 2020 to formalize their collaborative efforts to better understand and address workforce development changes and the future of work in Niagara.
