Education student remembered for gentle spirit

The Brock community is mourning the loss of third-year Concurrent Teacher Education student Evanna Braimoh, who passed away on May 24.

Known for her creativity, deep love of learning and ability to inspire others, Braimoh had dreams of teaching English and Art at the high school level and began attending Brock in 2024 to pursue her Concurrent Teacher Education degree.

Braimoh will be remembered for her intelligence and a warm sense of humour that brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew her, including devoted family and friends.

The University’s flags were lowered to half-mast on Friday, May 29 in Braimoh’s honour.
