On Wednesday, Sept. 24, Brock Faculty of Education students spoke with potential employers about working in education during Brock's Co-op, Career and Experiential Education (CCEE) Teacher Recruitment Fair. Hosted by the Co-op, Career and Experiential Education (CCEE) team, the industry-focused event brought more than 30 education partners to campus, including school boards representing elementary and secondary schools across Niagara and beyond.
Faculty of Education students, some of whom will be embarking on their careers next year, had the opportunity to learn about teaching jobs, placements, educator roles and teach abroad opportunities.
Julia Zhu, CCEE Director, said it was inspiring to see Brock’s future educators connecting directly with school boards and global partners.
“We’re grateful for the continued collaboration with the Faculty of Education, which helps make events like the Teacher’s Recruitment Fair so impactful. Together, we’re empowering students to explore diverse career pathways and take confident steps toward shaping the future of education,” she said.
